5.2 Courses and content on the Website do not constitute business, marketing, economic, or any other advice and do not replace personalized advice tailored to the client’s specific circumstances.
5.3 The Owner makes no guarantees regarding results of course participation, including improvements in financial or business status, client acquisition, or income growth. Outcomes depend on personal effort and circumstances beyond the Owner’s control.
Privacy
6.1 The Owner makes reasonable efforts to protect user confidentiality, including content, information submitted by users, and browsing data (such as visited pages, time on page, geographic location, IP address).

6.9 Classes may be recorded. The Owner reserves the right to use recordings for promotional purposes.
6.10 The Owner takes standard precautions to maintain confidentiality.
6.11 In cases beyond the Owner’s control (force majeure), the Owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from loss or unauthorized use of information.
6.12 Additional
- 6.12.1 The Owner may distribute any content freely at his discretion. Users shall not be entitled to refunds if paid content is later distributed for free.
- 6.12.2 The Website, its services, and data are the exclusive property of the Owner. Use of the Website does not grant users any rights in the Owner’s intellectual property.

7.1 Users may register free of charge for the mailing list.

7.3 Users may unsubscribe at any time via the removal mechanism included in every message.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
